An image Twi'lekΒ with tattoos being painted onto someone who wants it as a tattoo. One could go deeper with that concept but then things could really get out of hand.
Hmm...geometric shaped tattoos similar to what may be seen on Mirialans. Whether it was intentional or not this could be seen as an example of cultural blending between Twi'lek and Mirialan customs.
