Flan’s mimicing jokes too well ((explained in background))
Family: Two goo parents that left Flan when they created it. ((explains why in background))
Feelings towards humans: Extremely curious about what they are and who they are.
Attractions: Doesn’t understand romantic attractions. So none at this point.

Personality:
Flan is rather curious. Becomes a bit excited when they notice something new to them. Is really overly trusting towards others regardless who they are ((which leads to Flan getting hurt a bit)) willing to learn as much as possible.
Appearance:
A giant blob of green goo. With a bit of their parents goo flowing with them.
Extras:
-Flan can’t really talk. Flan talks in gurgling patterns.((think of how you gargle water or mouthwash, that’s Flan speech pattern))
-Flan does have issues walking, since Flan has no bones, Flan walks rather oddly, swaying back and forth, sorta like a slinky
-Wasn’t given their name at first creation. Found the word Flan within a dessert book and thought it sounded fancy.
-carries the page with the name within their body so people know that’s their name.
Background information:
Though goo monsters are genderless, Flan’s parents did create Flan by taking a piece of themselves and putting it together creating Flan. They left the green little goo in a safe spot within Waterfall then left Flan there. Goo Monsters are meant to fend for themselves the moment they are created. The moment Flan was able to “move” they didn’t quite understand their surroundings or other monsters. Since Flan was meant to learn on their own,they didn’t get the concept of how to work properly in the society and grasp the idea of other people’s feelings. In order to gain friends, Flan would alter their appearance to look like a green version of the monster of choice, Flan would rudely mimic them in order to get the other to laugh. Though this did work, it was short lived. Other monsters Flan made fun of didn’t partially like Flan so much. And those that laughed eventually stayed clear of Flan. As Flan tried to make new friends, they eventually came across Sans and Papyrus then soon Alphys who were more amused by Flan’s actions then angered by it. Slowly each one taught Flan on how to treat others. This took so long due to the large language barrier. Though Flan struggles a bit from time to time, they’re getting there.
