Ummm... I don't really have any good ideas for a title to this. |DDD;; No, really, I don't. So this'll do for now... or forever. OTL;;But at the moment, I can say that I am rather pleased with how this turned out, for my first fully marker-colored piece that covers a whole page. Thing is... you can kind of see that from the first person (girl in pink) to the last person (guy in black) there was a slight, tiny little bit of improvement. >: Bah! I need to get a lot better if I'm to ever do an artist alley booth at anime conventions. OTL;; That's the goal anyways. That, and I am watching/reading too much Pandora Hearts for my own good. It spurs me to draw people in sort-of-Victorian-looking fashions. >: Sort of, because I'm pretty sure every here and there there is a detail that does not fall into the prerequisites for it to be completely Victorian. BUT LOOK. MORE FORMAL BACKGROUNDS. I'm actually practicing them! And I don't know what is up with that painting there on the wall. It's of... a door in the bushes. .___.|| I know... what was the painter thinking painting THAT.

Ah. Mind if I do point out an error. The silver haired man with the sword. His hand is supposed to be reversed. The thumb up. The pinky down.

Ah, I should articulate the fingers better than. OTL;;
Becuase if it is, the uppermost finger is the index finger and the lowermost is the pinky; the thumb would be behind the handle (if that makes any sense).
And yes, that is the wrong way to hold a sword, LOLOL. Purely aesthetic. XDD;;
But yes, I need to learn to articulate hands better. @__@;;

I mean the left hand holding the hilt of the sword. It's reversed.
The best reference is yourself. Try holding a long stick or anything similar to it, hold it, and look at the mirror. The best model is yourself. It may sound a bit silly, but it works. I use my own hands as models sometimes. C;

I'd actually recommend them over other brands on most ocassions. XDD;;

You use a special type of paper for markers. I forgot what's it called, but there is a special kind of paper. Regular paper tends to suck up the ink from markers.

Marker paper. XDD;; I have marker paper, but from my experience, the marker ink tends to get REALLY sticky after multiple layers and not blend anymore, whereas it takes much longer on regular paper to start getting that sticky. Though it may just be the brand I am using. XDDD;; But yes, marker paper does tend to have the ink go on lighter, I do admit.

But yeah, PALE fruit pink is a really nice base.
Because it's peach enough to be skin, but pink enough to make a slightly rosy undertone.
