Hello, there!
And hello!
Boy, it feels nice to paint digitally once again!
Although, I have to say, my patience was somewhat lost. Sure, I had fun painting strokes and stuff, but I was too lazy to insert concentration. I found that I did just that with this piece.
This is my part of a trade with , it's her character Kuutamo.
I loved this character, her relation to a serpent is awesome. Yay for snakes! <3
The fur edges came out a little strange, but they fit quite well with the smokey feel I was going for in this.
Ha ha! The smoke there, I think it looks a little strange, but I'll see what you guys think. :3
I ended up using a stock image after creating my own smoke, simply because I got too carried away with it and it looked ever so thick and heavy. This is much simpler, and a lot more effective. XD

I used the wave filter and the liquify tool to make some smoke, but it just looked off, so I went to use some stock out of laziness.
Turns out it was for the better. >XD

I had decided on a normal expression which I drew in the sketch, but for some reason in this she looks a little sad. I guess the title doesn't help. LOL

I love everything about it! The fur is wicked, I love the way the colours are dark, with a splash of vivid blue <3333
IMMA STEAL THE SMOKE kplzthx. I think the smoke is the best thing about it! I mean... it wouldn't look as good without the smoke! I can tell that it's sort-of... drifting away. 8D <33

Yeah, I actually planned this piece out (since I had nothing else to do on holiday lol) and I wanted to bring the blue out. So I came up with this. :3
