Dex entry: "Pyroium's head can freely spin like a dreidel. It uses it's arms to spin it's head as it's pipes spewn strange pink smoke. Anyone who inhales the smoke falls asleep within seconds."
The Pokemon looks odd because it's supposed to be made by a child, Brooks Jr.
It's also one of the starters for Pokemon Goblin and Gremlin version! Stay tune for that story!
It evolves at level 16.
