This photo was taken at Anime Iowa 2011, outside the Marriott.Myself as Zora Link and one of my friends as Young Link.
I made both the Zora Link and Young Link costumes.

I'm pretty sure that Moon is my friend Miri. Her name is PrettyKitty on DA. I don't think she had time to finish any costumes so it wouldn't shock me if she just ran around with her moon all day
