Queen Vera and her son-in-law, Lennox!
I've NEVER drawn these two interacting before, but since the official webcomic is coming very soon, I wanna reveal some more dynamics between characters!
As you can see, Vera DOES NOT like Lennox! She's very overprotective of her daughters and she feels he's out of Ingrid's league. Ingrid is considered to be one of the most beautiful women in the Realm, so Vera felt she deserved a tall, strong man, who could protect her. I KNOW, Vera's shallow to think this, but she is VAIN after all. Ingrid hates how her mother treats Lennox and assure her he makes her happy! But Vera still has her doubts....and she also, like many upper class, has a hatred for imps; she finds them pests.
Lennox yearns for her respect one day, and hopefully Vera can grow and learn to accept him! She calls him "rat" occasionally and has never called him by his name. Hopefully that will change.

Wow, this really is the first time you've done anything where Lennox and Vera directly interact, huh? That's really surprising now that I think about it, but it's great that you finally did it!
This is just the kind of relationship I expected these two to have, shakey and somewhat hostile. Its presented wonderfully in this simple yet effective two panel comic! I LOVE the visual of Vera's shadow enveloping poor lil' Lennox in panel 2.

I do have this idea though. In the end of SVTFOE there is a scene where all the spirits of previous queens come. I just had the idea that if Lennox's mother appeared in spirit and meets the Ingrid and Lennox's baby. She says how proud she is of them both before disappearing.
