She can seduce people with a single wink and use them to help build her army to take over all of Mobius! Eggman wanted to have her as an assistant and a girlfriend but she destroyed him with a single thought before taking his empire as her own. All of the boys in the Sonic The Hedgehog universe can't get over her looks and don't have the guts to fight her to save their planet so they just decided to let her take over. All of the boys may have a crush on her but she only has a crush on Metal Sonic since he's all she ever wanted in a man.
