Yeah--- as soon as I saw the birds on the light post, I raised my camera while walking to my dad's truck--- and snapped. I was delighted to see how well it turned out--- especially that I got the one taking off.

i love those kinds of photos - the ones that you just couldn't prepare for. it makes them seem more 'real' if you know what i mean.

Yeah, I love seeing them flock to certain places. The funny thing was that as soon as that little bird left, the others quickly followed.
