I see you are open to critique and tips about animation. It isn't a bad try for your second one, however if you want some tips here you go :
You can expose a drawing for 2 frames during the 24 frames a second has (what we call drawing on twos in the animation field) it saves a lot of time, drawing all frames individually in the 24 frames a second has is called drawing on ones, while it makes animation more fluid, it is more time consuming as you can guess, therefore it is mostly kept for fast paced actions. I'd suggest you might want to "flip" your drawings since as one stated before, she sort of goes in and out of model during the animation. By flipping I mean, flip back and forth between showing 2 key frames or drawings of your animation. Doing this will allow you to spot changes in volume or model very easily ^^

Her face changes 3-4 times throughout the course of the shot to the point where It'sΒ a different girl on the last frame.
Also her movements are very jerky and her hair moves on it's own.
You draw well but you don't animate well. Animation is not a bunch of pretty drawings, it's a bunch of drawings that replace each other well.
If you would like some tips you are welcome to pm me.

Your work is not awkward. I meet lots of people who draw well, many are far better artists than I.
I think it comes almost naturally that they want to animate their drawings.Β
However, animation is a whole different field with it's own set of rules.Β
I would advice you to start animating simple things at first so you would understand Timing and Spacing.
Try bouncing a ball or a cube.Β
If you have any questions you can ask me.

That is like my 2nd animation in whole life and first ever with so many frames so I know it cant be all perfect. Also I did not draw keyframes how it should be (every 2 or so frames) I drew it frame by frame which is not right but I realized it when it was too late
We all learn somehow, but I dont think it's all that bad to post it. I'm well aware what animation is, I'm also well aware about all my mistakes, there's going to be bunch of mistakes when you like study how to do this or that by yourself
