My idea was that a Chiss would be something a blue Gem would find easy to pose as; she'd just have to change her eyes.
She has her Gem on one of her hands, and hides it by wearing gloves.

How would she change her eyes exactly? (Maybe with some contact lenses perhaps. I'm sure they have those in the other galaxy) though, that kinda looks like lapis, I wonder if it could look different from what we see here. (Not that it's bad, but I'm just curious.)

I can sorta imagine it going like this:
Pearl is playing in some part of the rebel base that she's been given, or maybe on one of the ships, Leia comes to find her, and just listens for a bit to the beautiful music she's playing, but then Pearl notices her.
P: "oh! Excuse me, Leia, was there a meeting that you planned? I didn't have anything on my schedule, so, I thought I'd just play my violin."
L: "that's alright, you play such beautiful music on it, I was just distracted by it. Don't let me interrupt you, I want to hear more!"

I mean an original Gem Jedi/Sith, Is a concept that I thought up. "After the Gem EMP, some Gems got released and, in an attempt to blend in, took on a likeness to the native jedi/sith. Robes, Lightsaber, the whole shabang. Β (They don't us the Force like organics can, it is just aesthetic. Also they don't have to look human, they just have to look like jedi/sith. You could draw a Gem Twi'lek if you wanted.)"

Are you sure about that? I kinda wanted there to pretty much be no active gems left in the galaxy due to that force wave, and the Crystal gems would probably be the first active gems in the galaxy in tens of thousands of years. Plus, you really think the Jedi and Sith would've let any of the gems go if somehow some of them weren't affected by the force wave? (Which I already said isn't the case) They're literally made of magical light, they'd glow with the force, making it near impossible for the Jedi and Sith to miss them.

Remember what YOU said "The Force wave locks them in their gems until the next time they come into contact wit a force sensitive or another gem."
Say a force sensitive child, say, 1000 years after the gem EMP, who doesn't know any better, revives a Gem, she escapes and revives all the Gems she can find, and they change their form and go into exile, like Obi-Wan, Yoda, Rahm Kota, Quinlin Voss, etc.
A thought comes to mind. Obi was was struck down by Darth Vader's lightsaber, and his robes collapsed to the floor. The same thing would happen to a Gem, only there'd be a gem in the robe.

1) The existence of Gems could have been Forbidden Knowledge and lost to time.
2) It could happen before they (the child/children) were found by the Jedi order.
3) By being humanoid and not droid-like in appearance, they could avoid the same problems, given they hide their gem well enough.

I understand, but I kinda don't want there to be any active gems in the galaxy by the time the Crystal gems arrive, for Vader and the empire, save for Palpatine who tells Vader about them after the battle of Yavin, I want them all to have no idea who and what the gems are, it's more surprising to them and maybe to the readers as well. Because if there was an active gem in the galaxy at that time, there's no doubt the empire would've known about it, and hunted it down for science or something. And I want their presence to be a complete surprise to the empire, save for the emperor himself.
