First of all I would like to say how well thought out the accessories go with this characters personality.
The choice of colours and including flower/heart references consistently throughout the wardrobe. The crystal necklace and heart shaped glasses have strong retro vibes, with enough modern designs to keep it from looking dated.
A few things I might suggest would be to vary the width of the line work/and or alternatively deepen portions of the shadows to increase the over all contrast. To have a better balance with a few darker areas. Maybe incorporate their shadow in the circle and gradually fade out the circles boundaries to make the transition to the ground less sudden.
There are some anatomical improvements you could make of course, good job so far. Keep it up!

Sure,
their right hand looks a bit flat right now. There's no change between the digits of the thumb and the palm itself for support.
One hand also shows a knuckle and the other one shows none, it makes the fingers look really short once you get to the last digit.
Maybe show a few toes past the big toe on the foot at this angle, and rest the arm a little higher up on the knee so that it doesn't look like it's hovering.
I hope that helps, anatomy can be a pain at the best of times lol.
