I grew up in the 90s, and I forgot about a lot of these, yet, I still remember the "Immature Radioactive Samurai Slugs" from Tiny Toon Adventures. I guess because they were a more blatant parody of TMNT.

I don't know the name of the character of the third slot on the second row (he is from Avenger Penguins, which I didn't watch), but I know the guy in the first slot of the fifth row is Cornelius from Stone Protectors.
