Not really, but he is the only one who could summon Titanus when Jason and Tommy couldn't. The Horned Serpent house of Ilvermorny favors scholars and represents the mind and it suits Zordon more than the other three rangers that weren't part of the first Zordwarts design I made (ie. pink, yellow, and white).
