*Instructions: all right, so you're gonna want to duplicate the base once and depending on the brightness/darkness of the cap you're using, you should set the opacity to "screen" and then go to filter and select "Gaussian Blur". Next, erase the spot where the persons face/body is located. Once that is done, I recommend messing around a bit more with the color layers you want to use. Again, depending on the caps - I normally use one "hard light" overlay (which, as an example, I provided you with) and erase where the persons face/body are. Then, if I want to add a little something more either I duplicate that layer or add a new one; set to soft light. This .PSD is merely a base to what I normally use when I edit caps, so don't be afraid to mess around with the color balance and what not.
