Yeah! It's kinda obvious because she always thinks about herself and never asks how Light feels about anything. She just assumes that he loves her and that he wants to be with her but in reality he doesn't. (I understand you are a LxMisa fan, so I am sorry, but I don't like Misa.)

It's common for desperate lovers to even deny the possibility of the person they love not loving them back. She would never give him the chance to say no because she doesn't want to be hurt. She's completely aware of that possibility and is in fact entirely afraid of it, so she makes herself more "lovable" by doing anything for him so maybe one day he would lover.
But no I'm not in the least bit offended.

Yeah I agree with you there. I actually like to think of Misa as a smart girl who pretends to be stupid and actually knows Light is using her but lets him in hope that he will love her some day.
