Old work does not mean bad work, just old.One time I went to the Cheesecake factory and made the mistake of NOT ordering cheesecake and ordered this instead. While the ice cream was good, theirs had frozen strawberries and the shortcake was too hard! So I went home and made this. Much tastier.
The strawberry shortcake was resting on a 25mm (1") plate.

Haha...I never understood the concept of sugar free sugar. It's like have fat free fat. Diets suuuck sometimes lol.

I don't the fake sugar either. Usually the artificial sugars are worse than the sugar itself. Heck you can get fat eating fruit! It all comes down to moderation.
