NOTE: Kou's Haunter can speak the human language.
After almost a strait week of working, I finally got this done. This has been one of the most challenging projects I've worked on in some time and I got to admit, I'm very pleased with the results.
Anyway, here is the gym leader of Symbol City: Kou.
