The Sunday before last week I brought home what was left of the stuff from making crab rangoons at some point earlier. Last Thursday my mom & I made crab rangoons with the remaining filling & wonton wrappers. Here's what's left after eating a bunch & before giving my brother his share, went pretty well & kind of went better than when my dad tried to fry them.(used a pot that didn't fully cover them in boiling oil)
I used the recipe from Food Wishes on YouTube though edited it slightly
The filling is a whole thing of cream cheese, 2 cans of pre-cooked crab(vid says imitation crab works too), a huge amount of chopped spring onion, drizzling a little toasted sesame oil, worcester sauce, a bunch of minced garlic, some paprika, garlic salt & then left in the fridge for a few hours(it was suppose to be one hour but we weren't able to get to it for a while)
