Description my pink/ blonde bad cat Blair ;3 She's a bit of a devilish one, but still very much a heroine. I still haven't found a stable costume design for her though

she doesn't make trouble ;3 kind of...she just does things that aren't very nice....keeping the change when the person pays too much....laughing at the old dude that fell and broke his leg...identity theft counting cards...blackmailing major corporations and political figures.
