Well, I've been thinking, I want to give Emily dignity surounding her birth. I wouldn't want Emily's father to be drunk when her parents made her. But it still the same story, so disregard the earlier comic I made.(warning: things can get a bit wild)

It appears he is using what is called cross-breeding, a process commonly done by humans to make new hybrids (such as our plant hybrids). these hybrids contain both physical and powerful characteristics from both parents (Emily is one example) and are commonly created via a lab or (in this case) by sheer accident[link]
