this is not how you make friendsΒ
this is how I found this out from experice
first: find the person you wanna make your friend
two: invite them to a party at your home
three: say that you will play a game where one person is tied up to a chair while random sounds are played and they guess what it is and say that they are tied up to not fall off the chair of they get scared since the floor is hard, also put on a blindfold
four: take them down to your basement or to a room without windows or the attic
five: play a few sounds that would make them scared
six: take of the blindfold and threat to stab them in the foot, legs, back and then the chest, unless they agree to be your friend
seven: take away any form of phone they have and make sure their parents or friends cannot contact them or the police, by threatning them tooΒ
eight: if they do call the police then take away any proof and hide your hopefully now friend somewhere
nine: offer some tea to the cops or something like that
ten: never let him out of your houseΒ
eleven: make him fake hes deathΒ
twelve: see if hes good at tetrisΒ
thirteen: play mario kart with him or her
fourteen: enjoy you have know made a new friend
this tip works 5% of the times so make sure to try it out
if it fails then you could be fasing lifetime in jail, or execution

I think I must be weird, I never thought nagas or snakes would be scary to meet if they can talk. I mean, a random giant snake in the wild might be intimidating if you don't know if its going to eat you (in the bad sense), but the moment they talk you know you can reason with them. So I could never understand these scared responses people have, but I see it a lot in comics and stories, and a lot of comments seem to suggest it would be a common reaction. Still, I'd be thrilled to meet a naga. Even more thrilled to meet snakes like your pokemon girls (because Serperior and Arbok are adorable).
