Not bad; the shading looks interesting. Though the scarf makes it look like her head is separated from the body. Also, I know, it's probably a style matter, but oh god her jaws and chin. I would suggest making them smoother and not so pointy next time! Another thing I would say is that her legs look kind of weird, you could have defined the knees more.
