Description I present to you something I've been thinking about: Leafeon's shiny color scheme.
I like how leafeon looks, it's a cute thing. It makes sense, like many grass types, it's green and brown. And the shiny is... also green and brown? It hardly changes at all! I can't tell the difference from the in game sprites sometimes, they're so close! What on earth?
Leafeon suffers from a problem many pokémon suffer from, and that is having a shiny that doesn't look very different from the normal coloration. But for a shiny, or alternate colored pokémon, the whole point is the different color scheme. They aren't stronger. They don't have a different moveset or any such thing. The whole point is the color difference! So, when a shiny pokémon is hardly any different from it's typical counterpart, it's very disappointing! And a surprising amount of pokémon suffer from this, including Persian, Gengar, Combusken, Plusle, Leafeon and Glaceon! Not every shiny has to be super awesome, but it should at least be visibly different, in my opinion. So...
Here I have some different colored leafeons that I would prefer over the in-game shiny. And I would really like ANY of these over a shiny I can't even notice at a glance! These are inspired by the seasons. But okay, some shiny pokémon have a pattern to them, such as water type shinies often being pink. What do shiny grass pokes NORMALLY look like?
Well, a lot of grass-type pokémon do just turn a different shade of green, like simisage and bulbasaur. But the exact green changes enough to look good on many others, like serperior. Some even turn pink or gold, and breloom turns a nice orange!

Here's a nice pink leafeon like a cherry blossom, perfect for spring. Espeon is normally lavender and becomes green, so there's that.
The summer leafeon is similar to the normal and shiny being green and tan, but the value of the green is different enough to be able to tell the difference at a glance. It is a warmer green and darker tan.
The fall leafeon has robust orange leaves and is warmer overall. This is my favorite and I've seen other people suggest an autumn-colored leafeon as well.
Lastly, an evergreen colored leafeon. The leaves are darker and cooler, but the fur is lighter and less saturated. It's still "green", but it looks different enough from the normal too.
So... What do you think? I'd love to hear other's thoughts about it. I may make one of these for glaceon too...

The winter color palette reminds me of Glaceon. This just makes sense.
