OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD O.O
This is the best thing!!! - I can tell you why in three steps (going from very useful to not so much xD)
1) The details are incredible *V* the blurring of the side of his face is very much like a camera would focus so that's a nice effect and the strokes made for the curls are a soothing and lovely. The turquoise lightning gives a great almost mysterious touch to the piece while still keeping it peaceful and harmonic specially against the red of his lips and the eyes.
2) he is SO adorable
