(sorry I couldn't resist since I got a pumpkin outfit.)
Woot! This round is Halloween themed! Yay! And the costume design that I got was *drum roll...* A sexy pumpkin outfit! I kinda took the basic plan for this and was originally only going to make this outfit, and then... uh, the skirt kinda just made itself. However I think that this is the quickest I have made a doll design for one of these challenges in a while. I knocked this out in like a hour maybe two. And then I went back and did more so like three hours.
I loved getting this design! Mina's fave color is orange so this fit her perfectly! Like I had said though, I added a bunch of extra details to this design. And I really had meant to leave this design like the model dress pic. But.... that didn't happen. Oops! But here I gave Mina a little halloween themed make-up. Some black lipstick and orange and black eyeshadow. I really like the little crown I made as well. I didn't really feel like making a pumpkin top for a hat, but a pumpkin queen crown, I was down for that. So this is my halloween.
Ah.... what did I do? I was just going to have her here with the thing cropped a bit so that there wasn't as much dead space. Then I got the idea to add in a grave, or a least an attempt at a tombstone. And I made oops'd and made a vampire king to go with my pumpkin queen. Guh... that was not planned at all. He is offering her a flower that will make her his queen and allow her to keep her life and not turn into a vampire, and still live as long as him. What? Mina, sweetie you don't know where this guy came from. Don't run off with him. And she is not listening.... great.
Well since Mina is apparently having a teenage moment and going off to do her own thing now , I'd like to take the time to welcome all the new people to this challenge! I hope that everyone is having fun, and also hope that no one else's girls decided to wonder off on them. I'm going to go get someone, anyone to get that child back here.

I LOVE her pumpkin outfit! It's adorable on her and all the little details really set it off. And her vampy boyfriend is kind of cute. And at least he doesn't sparkle! And I could try sending Angela to retrieve her. *LOL* She's good and finding lost things.

Lol, Thanks, Angela can help get Mina, while Alina stakes that vamp then. Alina finally came clean to me about her parents, turns out that she is Mina's younger sister. I am going make a little bit of a story board pic with this, that I think is going to be my entry for the october halloween contest. I'm making Alina in a hunter type outfit, and a few other creatures that helped her out along the way of going and getting her sister back. yay for my muse running around and giving me more work.
Oh, lol.
Alina: Sure you can ditch the skirt. We're hunting vamps not fish after all. Oh and getting my airhead of a sister back. I swear, she gets all lost in her head when she has a new idea that she wants to paint that she agree to just about anything. I'll let you get her and I'll distract him.

Sounds like a plan! Also, if you want to use Angela in that piece that you're planning, you have my permission. 
Angela: Great! Let me just put on something more comfortable. And I know what you mean. My little brother does ANYTHING that pops into his head! One time, he tried tying a rope from one banister post to another so he could try "tight rope walking" and almost fell down the stairs! He just laughed though instead of getting scared, then ran to see if the cook had made any cookies. Hmmm... that gives me an idea. Does your sister have a sweet tooth? I could try luring her away with candy or cookies or something like that.

Awesomeness! Lol, that gives me some ideas for both her and Alina's outfits. But I'll play around with those for a bit to see what really feels right for this adventure. Thank you for letting me use Angela. Hmmm, does Angela prefer pants or skirts? At least for this since they'll be tracking them down.
Alina: Mina like lemon flavored sweets. Her fave food of all time is the orange chocolate croissants that our father makes (he started making the orange ones especially for her.) So those might be the best to get her. I could get my dad to make some for us to take with. I have a friend that has an idea of where they went.

Have fun with it! Just keep in mind that Angela always has the same type of bangs, but what she does with the rest of her hair can and does change quite often. And if she was given a choice, she'd definitely prefer wearing pants. She doesn't get to in her day-to-day life due to the time period she lives in.
Angela: "Great idea! Have him get started on those, and I'll also see about getting some lemon drops. And maybe some rope. If she doesn't want to come peacefully, we may have to go pirate on her." *tries to stifle a giggle.* "Who would have thought all that time trapping and fighting pirates would come in handy?"

Thank you! I am really happy that people both like all the extra additions to the outfit that I did but that they like the vamp king as well.
But really I swear I was just going to do a nice and simple outfit the round and then my muse was like... "yeah no. Lets do this instead, it'll be 'fun'." I guess the only saving grace is that my muse didn't go "here, hold my beer." cause then it would have been just....

That outfit was really fun to make. Lol, going in I was like I,m just going to make a nice and simple out fit. Hahaha.... no , nope didn't happen.
That hair was just me kinda messing around with the hair d&d's. But yeah I really loved making this one.
I'm kinda think of making a Halloween scene with a few more monsters and theses two. But I'm trying to think of some other creatures for the scene.

I'm thinking of like a story board all most of Alina who just informed me quite loudly that "Ain't no vamp making off with my airhead of an older sister. So double yay, I now know why I wanted to make that dress that I ended up making for Alina, while I had been working on round 8 for Mina. It's cause she is Mina's younger sister. going off after Mina and the vamp following the directions of a ghost and maybe be having a wolf girl with her.

Thank you! I really glad that I decided to go above what I had originally planned. I'm glad that you like this as well. But yeah, the guy showing up, and her being interested. That was a shock. Not what I had planned.
And her outfit, It is way more then I thought that I was going to do for this round. I had it nice and simple. Just the skirt with nothing added on it, the crown I made her, and the jack o'lantern face. That's it. And then... yeah. But I really like how this turned out.

Yeah, I wasn't planning on adding in a guy at all, then, yeah that happen. I'd like to think that he is not evil and kinda good. Since he is offering her that flower, but there is the other motive behind that flower. Guh, haha, sometimes you can be evil to your characters and some times the completely surprize you and go off and do their own thing.
