Description

For the worldbuilding stuff around Sheleth and Bsictiu, I started with the FASA Star Trek IV RPG sourcebook that I found a PDF of, and extrapolated from there. These are two people who really joined Starfleet to protect the Federation, because the Federation was the thing that got their families to stop fighting each other. It doesn't matter to them what humans think of the Kasheetans nowaways - it matters what the humans did, the way they salvaged something meaningful from Kashet's post-apoctolypic society.
