Yeah. He's the lemur equivalent of King Dedede, with a lemur equivalent of Escargoon and a lemur equivalent of Bandanna Waddle Dee working for him. He also speaks in a foreign way (but not a foreign accent), but his two subjects don't. He was also the one who banished a lion from his jungle kingdom for trying to eat him and his subjects, but then aided him when he was attacked by wild foosa.
