ok, will start with the +ves first
the background is so light and cute, and it really compliments Calo's colours, and i really like how you've filled up the left side of the space with a nice big heart <3 and her face is sooh kewt X3
now to the -ves
is her hair supposed to be that big? when i look at the hair just above her head, it is actually taking up more space vertically than the face. big hair like that reminds me of sluts, so thats a big no for me. But at least the pink ribbon takes me eye away from the sluttiness and puts it onto the cuteness. the left-most strand of hair is actually a bit bumpy. bumpy hair no good. she has one sock? also, this doesn't really look like one of your chibi's so im guessing the proportions are supposed to be as realistic as possible, but the legs are just a bit too long.

Ahahahaha I know this is not one of my best at all~ I seem to not get the anatomy right (That includes the hair) When I do everything on the computer..Something I definitely want to improve on.
