Description
Did you know that T.S. Eliot, whose poems were adapted into the Broadway musical Cats, was very fond of night walking? Hence the hallucinatory vibe in the musical. XDSummary:
Harry Potter/xxxHolic crossover. (+cameos
)In a little shop in downtown London, just shy of his sixteenth birthday, Harry Potter makes a wish to see Sirius again.
Eighteen year old Kimihiro Watanuki agrees to make it possible, if Harry agrees to work for him for an unspecified amount of time. Thus the mysterious shopkeeper sets out to teach noctambulisme, or "night-walking", to his new employee, in order to breech the realm of dreams where animals can talk, time and space are meaningless, and some guy's dead grandfather keeps popping up... not to mention that weird kid from another dimension.
...But Watanuki knows better than anyone that sleep is a facsimile of death, dreams are a facsimile of life, and Harry... is all too tempted to let go.

Harry grumbled an answer and looked away, shoulders stiff and offended.
The Baron arched a feline eyebrow. "I beg our pardon?"

Ahh~ I had just finished xxxHolic yesterday, and throughout reading all of it, your fanfic, that I had come across some year or so ago, kept popping up in my mind.
Needless to say, it was memorable and I certainly loved it, but after finishing xxxHolic I went back to check up on it and I was quite disappointed to find that it hadn't updated again.
I was so looking forward to what happens next--after all, it's not everyday you come across a fanfic as quality as Sweet Dreams--and a crossover, no less. It was quite well-done and I do hope you'll continue it soon (with or without your co-writer? Perhaps... there are indeed many people who want to see it continued, as I see the number of reviews steady increases).

Is xxxHolic actually finished now? The last I read, Watanuki had finally gotten free of the shop, but it didn't really feel like an ending... more like a new beginning. XD

Yes, it seems it is one of those "never ending tales such as life" kind of things--but it has indeed reached it's conclusion and has not updated again since the beginning of the year, and all the sources say it is indeed the end (though I still wonder about Doumeki's egg... that shall, perhaps, never be explained).
However, regardless of that, I liked your idea where Watanuki went and opened his own shop/became independent of Yuuko--makes me wonder if the whole shop in london was the thing he spent his years working off instead of "not see ghosts anymore" like the original wish said. ^^
Please tell me if you will post a new chapter soon? I would so love to read it.

IT'S THE BARON!!!! YAY THE BARON!!!! I loved Whisper of the Heart, even if it kinda confuzzled me. Hmm... this looks like an interesting crossover, but I don't know a thing about xxxHolic. It's not really my thing though anyways, but it looks interesting. Oh well. I'm busy with Fox Leaves and a Naruto/Bleach crossover right now.

it's called Darkness Sword, White Mask. It's on FFNet. It has overpowered Naruto though, which sucks. And the persons technical writing skills aren't all that great. I'd check it out anyway though, you might find it interesting.
