Last I heard, it was at seven pages, so here's hoping it'll premiere soon.

Summary: Alone and surrounded by the remains of her enemies, Uzumaki Kushina is dying. In spite of only having moments left of life, she focuses only on getting to her son, which intrigues a passing demon and sparks his kitsune curiousity.
The fox asks her if the boy's safety was really so important that she'd die for him, and Kushina responds accordingly, throwing out an insult or two as she does, which, of course, is taken as a challenge.
Feared all over Japan for his legendary strength and merciless nature, Kyuubi no Kitsune needs the company of no one. So why is it that he now finds himself in possession of one hyperactive blonde human child?

okay, so that's mom behind him... i saw ninth and immediately thought of hokage numbers instead of tails.
i'm amazed he's still human within the aura, unlike the canon. i love the outfit too.
