Yes, I know. 
The light? Well first I airbrushed some white on low opacity. Then there's the filter in Photoshop called "Lens flare". Apply that once your pic is done and all your layers are flattened.

...I don't have photoshop. OTL But you apply it AFTER the layers are flattened? Won't it flare all the whites?

I don't know, but for me it won't work if I don't flatten it 'cause every color has its own layer.
