well. i really liked the sketch so i had to color it, then i ruined it with a crappy quick background. but. *shrug* whatever. maybe i'll rework it at some pointcharacter and image are both copyright to me.

Different coloring style for this one, or so it looks to me. Good job though and I happen to think that you are good at BGs when you actually take the time/effort to do 'em.

The background isn't bad though- And I noticed you added something in the said barn that people usually forget to add in barns. I dunno if it was intentional, but in the air, mostly in the lighted part, there are little dots. It reminds me of how old and dusty barns actually are, and if someone were to sit in a pile of hay, millions of those little specs'd be flying around, giving the room a kinda hazy look.

yeah, i did some soft light layers with a few textures over them just to give the barn an over all grainy feel. with just the color, it looked too clean. thanks for noticing.
