Gathering the votes I did in the DA and Twitter polls, the winning name was "Piper" (SURPRISE!)   I present to you my new OC, Madame Pepper has an important role in some of my AUs (Exorcists AU, Kids AU, Academia AU and Legendary AU).

Plus, I have always been tempted to include Chef Saltbaker in my AU and make an Oc to ship him (which would be this) but I'm still undecided since I want to wait until the DLC comes out to know how to insert it in my AU. Meanwhile I will include my Madame Pepper, and if I can, she will be my ship with Saltbaker

She's inspired by "Dumbledore- Harry potter"   and "uncle Iroh- Avatar"
Her symbol is a Purified Heart
Only and out of respect she should be called "Madame Pepper" since only her loved ones or those who she gives permission can call her by name.
she has a very calm and soft voice. Those who listen to it feel at peace.
She's 2 meters tall)
her eyes are almost always "cheerful" (that is, as if they are closed) she hardly ever shows her eyes, which are sapphire color
she knows the story of Legendary chalice, and all the suffering she went through
Everyone on Crockery Island (where the order of Calix Amini is) respects and venerates her, as if she were a queen
In Exorcists AU, Kids AU and Legendary AU, she is the leader of the Order of Calix Amini; while at Academia AU she is director of the school known as "Calix Academia"

Exorcists AU:
She finds out from Andromeda that Legendary Chalice has returned, and is living with the Cup bros, however she kept it a secret to assess her behavior. When Chalice got out of control, other exorcists reported the matter, and Madame Pepper managed to fix the matter to give the Cup bros permission to adopt her as their sister, but on the condition that they have to keep her in check, as one more incident she does, such as "hurting someone or causing a strong incident" will get her confiscated from the cup bros and receive a punishment that is taking your life.
Madame Pepper has 7 warriors who are exorcists of the highest rank (FUN FACT: Ximena is also the leader of an order called "Aztec Empire").
Kids AU:
Again, she is the leader of the Calix Amini order, however, she secretly gave Milkcup permission to keep Legendary Chalice in her rebirth (as a baby) to show that being raised as a mortal, Chalice is not a threat.
  Legendary AU:
She is the leader of the order of Calix Amini, which trains new exorcists born on Cockery Island.
Academia AU:
She is the director of an academy known as "Calix Academia" that helps to train new exorcists of any species in different areas, since the world is full of demons that have to be exterminated.
