She stood in the lab, Shin coiled around her arm, and tried to figure out what it was she was supposed to be doing. Her mind kept circling back to Fitz and Zoja. They'd risked their lives for her and Shin and she couldn't do anything to help them.

"They're going to be okay," Shin said, not for the first time and Jemma made a soft agreeing sound. "The best doctors are looking after them."

"They best aren't always good enough. Look at what happened with Skye."

Shin turned on her arm, lifting his head to look up at her. "They're strong, they'll be okay."

Jemma nodded but still found it hard to believe what her daemon, what her heart and soul, was saying. Until Fitz was awake, until he and Zoja were back in the lab, driving her crazy, she was going to worry.
