MY NAME IS DAVID CHASE: NORTH NEW JERSEY RESIDENT OF 54 YEARS, CREATOR, DIRECTOR AND EXECUTIVE PRODUCER OF HBO'S THE SOPRANOS. 

RE: Civil Suite/Cease and Desist Demand Issued by The Federal Courts of the United States, Elizabeth NJ

At no time did you contact or attempt to contact me or the estate of Mr. James Gandolfini nor Home Box Office (HBO) it's partners or its subsidiaries in creating the 'Artwork' in which you portray the fictional character TONY SOPRANO of which Home Box Office (HBO) or Chase Films, LLC. 
Creation of such artwork is legal in principle however, creating the 'Artwork' to be sold for financial profit without the express written consent of the companies and subsidiaries aforementioned is not in accordance with countless state, federal and international codes of laws, additionally you have broken infringement laws both federal and international by claiming a copyright on a created painting by which HBO and Chase Films, LLC hold the rights to, that of which is the fictional imagery of 'TONY SOPRANO':

The copyright holder is typically the work's creator, or a publisher or other business to whom copyright has been assigned. Copyright holders routinely invoke legal and technological measures to prevent and penalize copyright infringement.

DISTRIBUTION AND OR PORTRAYAL INFRINGEMENT:
LJA  STUDIOS to halt purportedly-unlawful activity ("cease") and not take it up again later ("desist"). The letter may warn that if the recipient by deadlines set in the letter does not cease and desist specified conduct, or take certain actions, that party may be sued.[1
The holder of an intellectual property right such as a copyrighted  work, a trademark , or a patent , may send the cease and desist letter to inform a third party "of the right holders' rights, identity, and intentions to enforce the rights

The remaining individuals and or their estates should they be deceased have been contacted as well by the offices of Dr. Kent Hall PhD, J.D. of La Jolla, Ca Federal Office Of Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights as it, its portrayal of or profits made by your clear disdain for:
