Description
A Double Battle scenario with My Hero Academia characters (brought to you by Foxboy614, the creator of this template). On side one, the pervy little fruit vine, Minoru Mineta, and the crashing thunder god, Denki Kaminari. And on side two, the intellectual class rep, Tenya Iida, and the introverted double element soldier, Shoto Todoroki. These are the Pokemon they will use in their Double Battle together at UA, and why they have them.

Mineta's Pokemon:
No. 1: Froakie. For starters (get it?), it is very small, measuring at only 1 ft. That is one tiny frog. And in the Pokemon anime, Froakie's frubbles seem to act quite similar to Mineta's quirk, Pop Off. Where it can immobilize foes and trap them, while also having alternate uses (like when Ash's Froakie cleaned the tail of Serena's Fennekin when it was dirty). And lastly, it is mostly one single colour like Mineta's hero costume (even down to the accents).
No. 2: Glimmora. This pair-up requires an explaination. You know how in the MHA anime, Mineta is always trying to skulk around and creep on the girls but always gets trashed by them (or in rare cases, Aizawa)? He just wants the women to love him, man! :C And that's where Glimmora comes in. After all, what is more enticing to a lady than getting them flowers?
No. 3: Toxtricity (Low Key). It is mostly purple, is part Poison (I envision Mineta being a Poison type Gym Leader), and as a funny little thing, it being part Electric is reference to Mineta's friendship with Kaminari, who ALSO has a Toxtricity on his Double Battle team, which is rather appropriate.

Kaminari's Pokemon:
No. 1: Pawmot. Kaminari often uses his hands in order to use his quirk, Electrification. So why not give him a Pokemon themed around their paws? Pawmot also sorta looks ruffly and spiky, similar to Kaminari's hair. (PS. most of the Pokemon Kaminari would own are also picked because of the whole "overcharged idiot" weakness with Kaminari's Quirk.)
No. 2: Electivire. A big strong Electric type, which describes Kaminari's Quirk insanely well. It also has a very similar colour scheme of yellow and black.
No. 3: Toxtricity (Amped). Partially a reference to his friendship with Mineta. It also shares Mineta's colour scheme, making the pairing even more fitting.

Iida's Pokemon:
No. 1: Revavroom. Revavroom is a direct reference to Iida's Quirk, Engine, which allows him to run at super fast speeds. The style of pipes running along it look very similar to the pipes in his legs.
No. 2: Manectric. Electric type Pokemon are known for their speed (with a few exceptions like Vikavolt). Out of all Electric type Pokemon, I feel like Manectric fits him best. His design also just screams speed.
No. 3: Orbeetle. Iida is a really smart student and cares about everybody immensely. Which in Pokemon terms, would equate to the Psychic type. Out of the Psychic types, Orbeetle is most fitting. Not only because of its intelligence, but also, UFOs can go super fast, too.

Todoroki's Pokemon:
No. 1: Darmanitan. Darmanitan represents Todoroki's dad, and his fire half. It is also red, which also represents his red half. Perhaps his got his Darmanitan from Endeavor.
No. 2: Froslass. Froslass represents Todoroki's mom and his ice half. It is also white, which represents his white half. Maybe before she moved into the hospital away from Endeavor, she gave Froslass to Todoroki beforehand, before she got admitted.
No. 3: Zoroark (Hisuian). Zoroark represents Todoroki himself and the rage he feels towards his dad in earlier seasons. Regular Zoroark would also work as well, due to his backstory being rather "Dark" and insidious.
