I'm so sorry for your loss, it hurts to lose animals (I just lost my dog and cat with in the span of two months), but they make our lives better
I ride horses as well, and I know the strong bond you make with them. It must have been hard

I'm so sorry for your loss, I can only hope that the happiness and joy that you shared with him during his time on earth outshines the grief that you feel now. I share a horse myself and I simply can't comprehend what I'd do if I lost her, they simply touch your life in a way that you could never imagine

He was one beautiful elk.

Oh, llassie... I'm so sincerely sorry for the loss of your friend, companion, and teacher. I'll miss hearing the fun stories you told me about him- he seemed like an extremely loving and exciting horse with so much character. May he rest in piece
On another note, this drawing absolutely stunning. You really captured Ember in such a graceful way and I would just like to reach out and give him a good scratch on the nose. You really gave him an amazing life and I know it probably feels empty without him, but he'll forever be with you.
