Description Hugo Weaving - Australian Actor

Watercolor on CP

I am still experimenting with WC. Not quite there yet (will I ever be !!!!). This one was deliberately done using layers, where none of the layers are blended, giving a contour effect. I wanted to see what it turned out like.
