You know, even though I was never a huge FF7 fan, I'm excited about FF7: Advent Children. I know it's mostly because I'm a fan of Squaresoft's animation, and it's a cool to see a FF movie featuring familiar characters.Besides, Cloud's new design is <3

I like the dodge-ey colouring on this one! I always take so long to colour my work otherwise, but I never have enough courage to fully ultilize the dodge tool for ALL highlights like you did. Excellent job! And nice work on the clothes... although they look more blue than black

Oh, and I don't use dodge for all of my highlights. I actually just use it in a few places. For the most part, I start out with the character in full shadow and erase out my highlighted spots. When needed, I'll enhance a couple of places with dodge.

Not Cloud's outfit. It's hard to tell, but he's wearing dark blue. But, take a look at the poster of Cloud and Sephiroth standing side by side, and you'll see that he's wearing blue, especially since Seph is decked out in black.

Man, I had a thing about Cloud back in the day. This is a great representation of him. And i agree, Advent Children is gonna rock when it comes out. I always thought 7 had the best storyline. Dunno why, this looks kind of vampiric. I guess it's just the way you've done the cloak thing - looks like batwings. A nice touch.

Advent Children... ahhh... SEphiroth is a leather clad sex-god... homicidal, but a sex-god... Cloud is JUST as sexy as Seph! I totally love the way you drew him, and the colouring... This is going straight onto favs!

Well, I was actually okay with the ending. I mean, it was kinda artsy-indy. But, of course, the very end skipped ahead 500 years, so it's going to be cool to see what happened right after Meteor was stopped.
