I actually did this over a year ago, but I still really like this piece. Dickie is basically the generic male character I use in all my storyboards and animatics at school, since he's pretty simple to draw and very universal. This is just a little monochrome piece I did of him for fun.Related content

wow, looks like you traced or something! Super nice. I also like the dynamic of the picture. It makes me wonder whether he's about to fall or is there somethingweird about the background?

The background is a tad off. That's one of the major problems I still have with this picture. I put it up on the site, though, because I actually enjoyed what I did with the simple monochrome color scheme
...He's not traced, actually. The guy was was drawn in Painter using the 2B pencil, and the flat color was later added in Photoshop, blacks included
