8th day of the Green Quarter: Holiday of the Peridot Vanguard. That day on the 299th cycle, Solemn Nest celebrated with a race among the youths. The casualties during this event was lesser than that of last year's celebration.

This took me days. Well, finals is next week so I can't draw again for a bit. This is is set in RiGBY. A webcomic I was planning but, well, I'm not content with my story making skills to go through with it. So I don't know.

The character in the middle is Felix. He is one of the main characters and a direct descendant of the Huinzo Monk. Huinzo is another name for Lapis Lazuli, or heaven's rock. Part of the plot revolves around his background, so he's pretty important.

Other characters in the pic from left to right is: Kite, MK, Pocket, Boggy.

The world of RiGBY has some RPG elements mixed in. Biology teaches us that different species can form Symbiotic Relationships, and in this world where some characters have an 'ability' or four there is something called the Dyad System. Two characters of different species can partner up, and together they can learn and develop their abilities with relation to the other. Due to the synchronous nature of Dyads, having a partner is in the same line as having a really good friend. That explains why the characters in the old RiGBY strips were shown in pairs too. Doesn't matter though since I'm restarting. Probably. Hah, I can't even draw fighting scenes properly yet. I should try and develop that at some point.
