This is absolutely amazing! I have no idea where to start!I love how you detailed her skin, giving it a rough texture just like that of a shark. I also love the little light spots you painted in the water, and the detail you did on the ocean floor. You even added fish and what appears to be a whale shark in the background, which was a nice touch. The body structure is perfect as well, since Ursula is not supposed to be petite and overly womanly. I feel like this body type suits what species she is. You're values are very rich as well. If Ursula was real, she would definitely look something like this. You portrayed her just how I imagine her.
