Description
Color edit. Now done in Watercolor and colored pencil! Looks better but had some runs. Watercolor drips easily out of the lines.Entry for round three of in which my character must Extrema Gear race three other opponents in Metal city. I ended up going with a single, detailed artwork this time instead of making a comic. And man this took a while! But it was worth it! I'm so happy with myself, that background was crazy to draw. I didn't get all the colors perfect, but I was coloring the background on the bus so it can't be helped.
As we see here, Needles is leading the race, has pulled Ryaku off his board which is now flying back toward the other racers. Disgleirio managed to duck, but Waffles Looks she may be in trouble!

I know it's my favorite! I always love doing watercolor, especially over colored pencil! Ya I don't watch racing or play racing games so I really didn't know how to draw a proper race story. So I went with a single page entry and tried to go for max detail instead of plot. Thank you!

Thank you! Angled shots tend to add a sense of motion i think.
And I love his grins! A lot of people seem to forget how large his two fangs teeth are when they draw him though, they are the thing that really shows him off as a musk deer.

Wow! This is epic! I'm loving how detailed you made the background! I also love the clear expressions on the characters! I wish I could write some awesome detailed comment to go along with this but I'm no good at those lol Just there's no doubt you're moving on with this one

Thank you! Really? I keep worrying about it! I didn't have the time to color it digitally so i ended up using pencils, hopefully that wont make a difference.
