Description

It takes time, but you eventually find yourself high in the mountain range, your Stryx sniffing and helping to find the path that will lead you to Borealis and, hopefully, the old man's son. Then, in the dead silence of night, you hear a blood-curdling shriek that stops you in your tracks. It was a Harpia's cry, and you know that, if the hunting party the old man told you about has found her, they might need help in taking her down. You run ahead toward the sounds of struggle and find yourself entering a cave, where the Harpia's cries echo loudly, joined by the yells of what you can only assume is the small group of hunters.

When you finally find them all, Borealis is standing her ground between her nest and the hunters, charging at them, biting and wing-slapping, but...unable to move from her spot. They've managed to throw a couple ropes to ensnare one of her feet, and are struggling to throw more over her back to bring her down.

Option 1.2.2

Something about this doesn't feel right...and you notice there's a single egg in Borealis' nest. Maybe she's just a mother, defending her egg? Did the old man really tell the truth, or is there more to it? One thing's for sure...you need the details before you help these hunters.
