but i can tell you THIS
in order to resize it the way i did.. i drew it on a 50x50 canvas and copied the layer.
then clicked on "change image resolution". i changed the size to 200x200
then i clicked on "change CANVAS resolution" and expanded the width to 400
LASTLY i pasted the original 50x50 canvas and place it in the corner!!
what i clicked on may depend on the drawing program you use, but im pretty sure most have a setting similar to that!
