We also use it to celebrate Chile's independency. Like July 4th for the USA

There are 2 kinds of Souvlaki.

1. The one the Robot-Master on the pic is holding, but consists ONLY of meat. Any kind of meat!

2. With special bread (I actually don't know the exact translation of the Freek word we use) around it! Within in you can put meat (Mostly lamb) onions, tomatoes, fried potatoes, sausages and Greece's signature sause, "΀΢ατ΢ίκι"(Tzatziki)
