Programs used: SketchUp for modeling, Kerkythea for instancing and rendering and Paint.NET for image editing.
Render time: 19 hours 24 minutes 35 seconds (rendered on multiple PCs)

Some guy does the code, while another one does art or comes up with some cool concepts (like the one above), as the two other guys work on the music and sounds (side note: if you're a solo dev and reading this, then respect
