Description
We do not grow absolutely, chronologically.We grow sometimes in one dimension,
and not in another, unevenly.
We grow partially.
We are relative.
We are mature in one realm,
childish in another.
The past, present, and future
mingle and pull us backward, forward, or fix us in the present.
We are made of layers, cells, constellations.

Oh I read something she wrote..oh but it was a long time ago...and I have learned perhaps more since. I shall revisit her books, thank you for reminding her to me

So many books, so little time
and as you say, that which we experience through literature
or really much of art,
does not remain a constant
I often rely on the chaotic nature of my life
and the tidal flow of my library
for direction of study

MY books are yellowing but I cannot bear to renew them or throw them away; yet, no-one will read them after I am gone...they'll be lost in a trash bin for eternity.

for too few in this day and age of technological marvels
