Oh I read something she wrote..oh but it was a long time ago...and I have learned perhaps more since. I shall revisit her books, thank you for reminding her to me

So many books, so little time
and as you say, that which we experience through literature
or really much of art,
does not remain a constant
I often rely on the chaotic nature of my life
and the tidal flow of my library
for direction of study

MY books are yellowing but I cannot bear to renew them or throw them away; yet, no-one will read them after I am gone...they'll be lost in a trash bin for eternity.

Again a feeling I understand but too well
many a dark cold night
my books have comforted and consoled my weary spirit
yet I know that when I am freed of these mortal bounds
their light will dim and be lost
for too few in this day and age of technological marvels
know the treasures that lie within the printed page

So true my friend. They say a picture paints a thousand words but I feel one word of Truth provides the paint, the canvas and the brushstrokes.
