my hope is that by now you understand I am a broken man
   existing in scattered fragments
                ...days(?) have passed since I've made a sound aloud
   and efforts here at communication suffer 'technical' difficulties
                 (personal electrical issues have caused the demise of a computer per year by my hand
now my newest is a 'touchsmart' which seems to be justifiably frightened of my touch)

thus it is starting in already unstable position I am again overwhelmed by your attentions
   and so from enfeebled state this scene is to show my attempted thanks for recent greetings
